Arvest Wines
At Arvest Wines, we reduce excess wine inventory at family-owned vineyards while collaborating with local artists to support charitable causes in our communities.
During the beginning stages of our company, we had no real-world marketing experience nor guidance from consultants. We were first-time entrepreneurs in desperate need of a mentor. When we first came to Jenny, all we had was a product: wine. During our initial meeting, Jenny guided our brainstorming strategy by looking at the big picture of our company – what were the challenges, who are the competitors, what are realistic milestones, and so on. Jenny picked our brains to get a better idea of who we are and what Arvest Wines represents by digging deeper into our interests and our ambitions. Together, we created a business canvas that spearheaded our launch plan with specific strategies about reaching out to our communities and figuring out who our target audiences are. Also, Jenny was not hesitant about giving constructive feedback; many of her critiques early on helped shape our company and formative business strategy.
